Kuwait has recently been in the press for accusations of corruption in the government, this article in the washington times states that the speaker of the house had to actually kick out members of the assembly due to use of foul language and tempers rising.
The debate began when assembly members were deciding on how to deal with newly founded corruption in regards to use of public funds. Which brings us back to almost every single government in the middle east and outside. In Afghanistan, the parliament members are being accused of funneling government money into warlords and the taliban.
