Rice is attempting to sway the lebanese government to support a criminal tribunal in regards to the killing of prime minister rafiq harriri. This in my opinion is dangerous because the U.S. once again is getting involved in other countries international affairs which always creates a chaotic environment. It should be up to the lebanese government on how and where to employ a tribunal, if they would like one.
